Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
A fresh start in an empty home, with the work and price agreed before your visit.
Your home must be ready
Remove furniture and personal belongings and complete packing and moving before we arrive. The home must be vacant and clear for cleaning, with no occupants, movers or packing activity interfering with the work. Water and electricity must be available.
What we can quote
Kitchen and bathroom cleaning, clear floors, baseboards, accessible cabinet and drawer interiors, and other agreed areas. Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, interior windows and detailed blinds must be listed in your quote to be included. Freezer cleaning is not currently offered.
Safe access
High areas are limited to safe access using no more than two steps of a small step ladder. Appliance moving, door dismantling, repairs and work outside the agreed scope are excluded.
If the property is not ready
Tell Gloria before the visit if moving or packing will continue. If belongings or conditions prevent the quoted work, we discuss rescheduling or a revised scope and price with you before additional work. A vacant-home quote does not include packing, moving belongings or delays caused by an ongoing move.
Your quote
The price is based on your home’s size, condition, included areas and requested extras. Any additional work requires approval before it is performed. Published special-service catalogs are valid for six months from their stated effective date; a new catalog does not automatically change an accepted quote.
Submitting a request does not book a cleaning. We will confirm the scope, price and date with you.
