Portal Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Babu Cleaning Services LLC uses information in its Client Portal. For privacy questions or requests, email babucleaningservicesllc@gmail.com.
Information used in the portal
Client records may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, birth month and day, cleaning appointments, appointment change requests, and records of acceptance of service conditions. The portal does not request a birth year. Information that has not been provided is left blank.
Google sign in and Calendar
Google sign in is used to verify the authorized administrator. The portal receives account identifiers, an email address, and authorization information from Google. It does not receive your Google password.
When the administrator connects Google Calendar, the portal requests access to events on calendars the administrator owns. Calendar information may include event identifiers, titles, dates, arrival times, locations, descriptions, and appointment status. This access is used to display and maintain cleaning appointments and reflect authorized scheduling changes.
Google account and Calendar data are used only to provide and maintain portal functionality. They are not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How information is used and accessed
Babu uses client information to identify clients, coordinate cleaning visits, respond to requests, and record service communications and acceptances. The administrator can access client records. Client access, when enabled, is intended to show each verified client only their own records.
The portal uses Google for sign in and Calendar functionality and its hosting provider to operate the website and database. The information needed for those functions is processed by those providers. Client directories and appointment records are not published on the portal's public pages.
Cookies and security
The portal uses necessary cookies for Google sign in and administrator sessions. The Google sign in cookie lasts up to ten minutes, and the administrator session lasts up to two hours. Authentication cookies use Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite protections. These cookies are not advertising trackers.
Access to the administrator area is checked on the server. Portal traffic uses HTTPS. Google authorization details and session signing material are kept on the server and are not shown in public pages.
Retention and your choices
Client and appointment records are retained as needed to operate the service and maintain relevant business records. Contact Babu to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask about records that may need to be retained.
The administrator can revoke the portal's Google access through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized Calendar access; it does not automatically remove client or appointment records already stored in the portal.
Changes and contact
