Portal Terms of Use

Purpose and access

The Babu Client Portal provides authorized access to cleaning appointment information, service communications, and related client records. Administrator access is restricted to the authorized Babu Google account. Client registration and appointment actions are available only when enabled.

Use only your own authorized access. Do not share access credentials or attempt to view or change another client's records. Contact Babu if information appears incorrect or you believe someone has accessed your account.

Appointments and requests

An appointment marked Proposed is awaiting confirmation. A stated arrival window describes the expected arrival time, not the duration of the cleaning service. Requests for a different date or time require Babu's approval before they change the agreed appointment.

The portal is being configured. Some features, including client registration, Calendar synchronization, and appointment actions, may be unavailable during setup. If information is missing, appears outdated, or a scheduling matter is urgent, contact Gloria directly.

Service conditions

These terms cover use of the portal. Cleaning scope, pricing, payment, cancellation conditions, and other service commitments are provided in the applicable estimate and service conditions agreed with Babu. Viewing these pages does not create a new cleaning booking or record acceptance of separate service conditions.
